Our Tradition

River Terrace Estates is located on 60 scenic, wooded acres in a beautiful setting graciously donated more than a decade ago by the late Dr. Charles Caylor and Mr. Ware Baker for the purpose of creating a not-for-profit retirement option for area seniors. With our opening in 2003, their vision became a reality.

Today, our dedicated board of directors is committed to maintaining River Terrace Estates’ position as the area’s best, most affordable retirement option. Comprised of a physician, health care executives and businessmen who bring a vast amount of expertise in the Senior Living industry, our board of directors carries out our established traditions and remains true to River Terrace Estates’ founding mission.
